Participant Information

2010 Entrant Confirmation Letter

Awards: Age group awards will be given in USAT standard 5-year M&F age divisions from 19&U to 70+, three deep in each event. Relay awards will be given to the winners of male, female, and mixed divisions in the half, international and duathlon, and depth will increase based on number of teams entered.

Each division must have at least five entrants to go three deep. Otherwise, commensurately fewer awards will be given. A minimum of one award will be given in each division. We will have top quality commemorative photographic acrylic placques for awards as well as additional goodies from sponsors.

Refunds: Bradventures attempts to strike a balance between the harsh "No Refunds" policy customary in the endurance world and a respect for the costs involved in accommodating for no-shows and late registrations. If you can't participate for any reason, you will recieve a credit (less $40 processing fee) towards entry into next year's triathlon. Please inform us by April 15th to be eligible.

Sorry, no credits for cancellations after April 15th, especially via emails that come at 9pm the night before the race....Event staff is busy playing a high-stakes game of Pai Gow at that time. We cannot answer emails nor order fewer strawberries for the food tent.

USAT Membership: This event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon. You must present your annual membership card at race check-in or purchase a one-day license for the handsome fee of 10 bucks.
