Awards:
Age group awards will be given
in USAT standard 5-year M&F age divisions,
from 19&U to 60+ and 3-deep in the following
relay divisions: all male, all female and mixed. World's Toughest Half awards will go 5-deep, International and Duathlon awards will go 3-deep. Each division must
have at least eight entrants to go this deep,
including relays. Otherwise, fewer awards
will be given.

Award
winners will enjoy race-branded commemorative awards, stylish
apparel from DeSoto Sports, custom-labeled extra-virgin olive oil from Lucero Olive Oil (in the tradition of the ancient Greek Olympics - the oldest athletic award in the world!), nutrition from Clif Bar and Cytomax, fine wine from Bouchaine Vineyards in Napa Valley, gift certificates
from Runners ID, Sports Basement and Bradventures. Winners will choose which awards they want from the selection to create maximum enjoyment and appreciation of your effort.
Refunds:
Bradventures attempts to strike a balance
between the harsh "No Refunds" policy
customary in the endurance world and a respect
for the costs involved in accommodating for
no-shows and late registrations. If you can't
participate for any reason, you will recieve
a credit (less $40 processing fee) towards
entry into next year's triathlon. Please inform
us by April 1st to be eligible.
Sorry,
no credits for cancellations after April 1st,
especially via emails that come at 9pm the
night before the race....Event staff is busy
playing the high-stakes Pai Gow Asian poker
at that time. We cannot answer emails nor order
fewer strawberries for aid stations.
USAT
Membership: This event is sanctioned
by USA Triathlon. You must present your annual
membership card at race check-in or purchase
a one-day license for the handsome fee of
10 bucks.
